Meet Mary

Information:  Over 17 years a Realtor in the Lake Chelan real estate marketplace with strong emphasis on recreational resort sales.  Resort condominium projects such as Lake Chelan Shores, Peterson's Waterfront, Pleasant Beach, Wapato Point and Spader Bay make up a major portion of that segment of the market and matching Buyers needs to the right property is one of my specialties.  A thorough background in the operation and rules of each of these projects, plus a good feel for the intricacies of the secondary resort rental market helps me provide exactly the right answer to Buyers in their decision making process.

Waterfront properties, homes and lots with views and waterfront access round out the balance of the recreational market.  With Listings on over 38 miles of waterfront, spread from Manson on the Northshore to the end of the road at 25 Mile Creek on the Southshore, it is a challenge to search out just the right property at the right price.  My day to day experience over the past 17 plus years working in this market can really help in guiding both Buyers and Sellers through the complex issues surrounding waterfront use and development.
